Joyce Putnam Hockett

Attended Southwestern College first year out of school, then attended cosmetology school. Married in Nov. 1969 first husband, Jimmie Fisk (NHS 1967) who died in 1979. Remarried in 1982. I have 1 stepdaughter,2 biological children and 3 adopted. Worked as a cosmetologist until 1998 when I went to work at Priarie View, working on the children's inpatient unit for 9 years, 7 years working as an auditor / compliance assistant. In April 2017 began working as Shelter Coordinator for New Hope Shelter, Inc. in Newton.
